LATENESS
If you are more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, I may not be able to complete the scheduled service in the remaining time frame. This may result in having to alter the original scheduled service or reschedule. It is up to my discretion on if I need to reschedule your appointment due to timing.
REFUNDS/CLIENT REFUSAL
All services are non-refundable and non-negotiable.
I reserve the right to refuse any service at any time.
By booking an appointment, you are acknowledging and agreeing to the policies above.

CANCELLATIONS
In the event you need to cancel or change an appointment a 24 hour notice must be given.
